Pinot Gris

Most charaktervollsten in Alsace, similar to a light, not oak-flavored Chardonnay. Tastes fresh, with subtle Apple fruit. -Gewurztraminer in all World spread grape variety with reddish bowls. The highly aromatic Gewurztraminer provides wines with strong color and lychee flavor. At full maturity alcohol and always in danger of losing acidity. Main region is Alsace; It is grown but also since about 1500 in Germany.
-Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris – Pinot Gris – Gris) a hellrotliche variant of Pinot Noir with origins in Burgundy. Delivers full-bodied, low and gentle aromatic white wines with deep colour. In France as Pinot Gris in Italy as Pinot Grigio, in Germany as Pinot Gris (mostly sweet white wines) or Pinot Gris (dry white wines). -Riesling of real German Riesling is the most important grape variety in the German wine industry and one of the great grapes of the world. Riesling wines are different – easy on alcohol and refreshingly rich in fruity acidity, sweet with a huge range of wine styles, from dry and intense. Riesling is predestined for the cool climate in Germany and the Alsace. On the Moselle, Saar and Ruwer is among the most and unnachahmlichsten wine styles in the world. Here he is fine, light, racy and refreshing.
In his youth he occasionally has a steel acid. Particularly juicy and robust Rieslings come from the Palatinate. Lemon fresh, aromatic mineral, steel and wine styles come from the Rheingau. In warm vintages come here excellent berries and Trockenbeerenauslese. Although it is not always the main grape variety, so come yet superb wines from the close of the Middle Rhine, the Hessian mountain road and Swiss francs. Income from Alsace premium steel, dry wines, partly over, mature in the bottle for two decades. Wines from good vintages are almost unlimited life under ideal conditions. Riesling is very well able to produce sweet wines as Beerenauslese, Trockenbeerenauslese and Eiswein.
