The Scientology Church Spain was registered in the year 2007 by the Spanish Ministry of Justice as a bona fide religious community in the State Register of religious communities. Which preceded the recognition were Charitable status of Scientology churches in Portugal and South Africa also in 2007, followed by the recognition in Argentina in December 2008.
